Retainer Agreement includes:
- Unlimited telephone and email support, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Includes guidance to questions specific to hiring, termination, wage & hour laws and regulations, OSHA/safety, compliance, harassment, discrimination, formal DLSE/EEOC/DFEH response strategies, assistance with disciplinary notices and issues, employment policy development, unemployment insurance (UI) claims assistance, leaves of absence, employment classification, and other areas of either state or federal regulations and requirements for employers.
- Annual updates of Employee Handbook
- Interim updates of Employee Handbook, as needed, including the drafting of any new policies
- Update of government related employment forms, as necessary, such as I-9, EDD, HIPAA, etc.
- One copy of the California and Federal required posting each year
- Up to four onsite visits per year
